Last week in the GTA was frigid. Actually frigid might be an understatement. Regardless, I was in need of a bowl of comfort. My first thought was soup but I didn’t have any of the ingredients at home and I was not going out in that cold. But I wanted something good, hearty and comforting. I then thought of a bowl of spicy noodles–simple, easy and ingredients you all have at home.
This recipe won’t have exact measurements because we’re measuring with our hearts! Go look to your heart’s content and add the following ingredients as you see tasty!
